I decided to accept defeat as far as the engine loom goes. I've connected everything that is obvious but unfortunately I'm not really sure on how to hook up the starter or alternator. I decided to call in an auto electrician to connect them up and to just run an eye over the rest of the loom just to make sure that everything looks good.
