I picked up my new grille from the laser cutting place this morning and it turned out better than expected. I did have to make the holes on the nosecone slightly bigger so it would fit but I’m very happy with the end result. I also got a quote to get just the guards painted. Since I’m painting them a different colour I thought I’d get them painted separate to the body. Here some photos of the two grilles, the one on the right is the original.
